Lease Plans

In addition to the standard 10% and $1.00 Purchase Option plans, we offer many flexible payment options, all designed to fit your particular needs. Some are:

NO PAYMENTS FOR 90 DAYS

On Leases up to $100,000, you would pay one payment with the signing of the Lease followed by three months at $25 followed by 36, 48, or 56 regular payments. This gives you three full months to get the equipment running to its potential, train your people, and start your cash flow before the regular payments begin again.

SEASONAL PAYMENTS

If you are in a seasonal business, we can match the Lease payments to your cash flow. You tell us when your season is and we will structure a Lease to match it with only minimal contract payments in the off-season.

DECLINING PAYMENTS

Some equipment has a limited useful life and so you may want to pay higher payments in the early years and reduce them as time goes on. This type of Lease would benefit you should you plan to trade in the equipment in a few years.

HALF PAYMENTS

Some companies realize that it may take a transition period before their new equipment is operating profitably. We can structure a Lease in which the payments during the entire first year are half of what they would normally be.
